JOB BRIEF:-
Tele sales / Tele caller is responsible for Cold calling enquiries generated in the Company. Answering incoming calls from prospective customers/students. Using scripts to provide information about product's or courses features, prices etc. and present their benefits.
JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Initiating sales with potential students over the phone.
- Developing a comprehensive plan for career development based on each student’s interests, needs, and goals.
- Working on leads generated and converting it into the admissions.
- Recommending educational opportunities such as vocational training or job prospectus courses that may lead to a career change.
- Keeping up to date on all products, courses and informing students of new products and courses offered.
- Taking walk-in and telephonic inquiries about all the courses
- Meeting sales quotas achieving target enrollments.
EDUCATIONAL SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:-
- Any Bachelor Degree or Master Degree with the knowledge of tele sales or telemarketing.
- Good Communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Hindi speaking.
- Excellent Telephonic communication skills.
- Having the knowledge of Excel including all MS Office.
- Target Driven.
- Freshers or 1 to 3 Years of experience in tele sales and career counseling at any educational sectors.
- Both Male & Females are considered for this job role.
- Ready to relocate Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
