Position : Telesales Intern
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound/inbound calls to prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain and update customer databases and follow up on leads.
Generate quality leads for the sales team.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Maintain records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems.
Fluent in [languages as required – e.g., Hindi, English].
Minimum qualification: [10+2 / Graduate preferred].
