Job Title: Tele sales Executive – Solar EPC
Experience Required: 6 months to 2 years

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively connect with potential clients via calls, WhatsApp, and email to promote solar solutions
- Educate prospects on solar EPC offerings, benefits, and ROI
- Qualify leads, schedule site visits, and coordinate with field sales teams
- Maintain CRM records and follow up diligently to close deals
- Support marketing campaigns with outbound calling and lead nurturing
- Handle basic objections and escalate technical queries to relevant teams
Candidate Profile:
- 6 months to 2 years of tele sales or customer service experience (solar/energy sector preferred)
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
- Confident, persuasive, and target-driven
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic Excel
- Passion for sustainability and clean energy
