Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team and focus on selling products/services to customers in the US market. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, outbound calling environment. Office Timing (4:30PM to 1:30AM)
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing US-based customers to promote products/services.
- Identify customer needs, present appropriate solutions, and close sales.
- Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively communicate features, benefits, and pricing.
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
- Update CRM systems with call details, sales progress, and customer interactions.
- Handle customer objections, questions, and concerns professionally and effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales team and provide feedback to improve strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Proven telesales or outbound sales experience, preferably targeting the US market.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working night shifts.
- Experience with CRM tools and basic computer proficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B or B2C telesales for US clients.
- Familiarity with time zone differences and cultural nuances in the US market.
- Prior experience in sectors like IT, software, insurance, or finance is a plus.
