- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Promote and explain company products/services effectively over the phone.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Understand customer needs and offer the most suitable solutions.
- Follow up on leads provided by the company or generated independently.
- Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall business goals.
