Job Title: Tele Sales Executive
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Tele Sales Executive with at least 6 months of experience in telesales/telecalling. The role involves making outbound calls, generating leads, pitching products/services, and converting prospects into customers. The candidate should have good communication skills, sales orientation, and the ability to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain product/service features and benefits clearly.
- Generate leads and maintain a database of customer information.
- Follow up with potential clients to close sales.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and build strong client relationships.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of telesales/telecalling experience.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM tools preferred).
- Positive attitude and target-driven mindset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
