**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Cold Calling:** Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lists or databases.
2. **Product Knowledge:** Develop a deep understanding of the products or services offered by the company to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
3. **Sales Pitch:** Deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to the needs and interests of each prospect, highlighting how the product or service can solve their problems or meet their requirements.
4. **Handle Objections:** Address any concerns or objections raised by prospects in a professional and convincing manner to overcome barriers to sale.
5. **Closing Deals:** Utilize effective closing techniques to secure sales and achieve or exceed sales targets.
6. **Customer Relationship Management:** Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers and update CRM systems with relevant information.
7. **Follow-Up:** Conduct follow-up calls or emails with prospects to nurture leads and facilitate the sales process.
8. **Collaboration:** Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximize sales opportunities.
**Qualifications:
Bengali is mandatory
Must have 1 yr of sales experience
