Position Summary:
We are seeking a Telesales Executive with a proven background in telesales and international client handling. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a strong sales drive. You will be responsible for engaging prospective international clients over the phone, understanding their needs, and converting leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to international clients to promote services and generate leads
- Handle incoming inquiries, provide product/service information, and convert prospects into clients
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate call logs, customer details, and interaction history in CRM
- Follow up with leads regularly to ensure maximum conversion
- Collaborate with the team to optimize campaign strategies and improve performance
- Maintain a professional and courteous approach in all client interactions
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telesales or international BPO/voice process
- Prior experience in handling international clients is mandatory
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented with a go-getter attitude
- Proficient in basic computer operations and CRM tools
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to Salt Lake, Sector 5, Kolkata
