Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Agent to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for meeting sales targets. As a Telesales Agent, you will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone to sell our products/services, ensuring a positive customer experience, and achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Sales Calls: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to present and sell company products/services.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
- Sales Conversion: Use persuasive communication and sales techniques to close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products/services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and pricing.
- Record Keeping: Accurately enter customer information and sales data into the CRM system.
- Follow-up: Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, address any issues, and encourage repeat business.
- Feedback: Provide feedback to management on customer needs, potential sales opportunities, and market trends.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve overall company objectives.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality of customer information.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
