Job Title: Telemarketing Executive (Timeshare Division)
Location: Remote
Work Days: 6 days/week (Sunday is a working day)
Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Salary: ₹9,000/month (Fixed) + Attractive Incentives
Role Overview:
We’re looking for energetic and persuasive Telemarketing Executives to join our Timeshare Lead Generation Team. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential customers over the phone, educate them about our vacation ownership experiences, and schedule appointments or presentation visits to our designated location.
Note : This is not a hardcore sales role – your job is to qualify interest, create curiosity, and book the visit. A separate team handles sales and closures.
Key Responsibilities:
-Make 150–200 outbound calls/day using provided lead data
-Introduce the concept of vacation ownership / timeshare memberships
-Explain benefits and invite the prospect for a face-to-face presentation
-Handle objections politely and generate interest
-Update CRM/lead tracker with daily call outcomes
-Coordinate with the field sales or presentation team to ensure quality footfall

-Minimum 12th pass / Undergraduate / Graduate
-Good communication in Hindi & basic English
-Strong convincing skills and a confident phone presence
-Punctual, target-driven, and eager to grow
-Must have a smartphone + stable internet for hybrid operations
