We are a growing web design and development company helping businesses build their online presence with high-performing websites and digital solutions. We are looking for a proactive and motivated Sales Intern who can generate leads, manage prospects, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients through Google, LinkedIn, Justdial, and other platforms.
- Perform cold calling to pitch our website development and digital services to businesses.
- Maintain strong follow-ups with prospects and nurture leads to conversion.
- Record and manage leads in CRM/Excel sheets for tracking and reporting.
- Assist in creating sales scripts, pitches, and follow-up strategies.
- Work closely with the sales & marketing team to optimize outreach strategies.
- Represent the company professionally and build trust with potential clients.
Requirements
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Prior experience in cold calling (internship, freelancing, or part-time experience is acceptable).
- Ability to handle rejections positively and maintain persistence.
- Basic knowledge of websites, digital marketing, or IT services (preferred, not mandatory).
- Strong organizational skills for lead management and follow-ups.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
