We are looking for a female call Telecaller to join our team in a reputed security company. The ideal candidate will have a good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and professional attitude to manage outbond and inbound call effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Making outbound calls
* Receiving in bound calls
* Payment Follow-ups:-
1. Track promises to pay (PTPs) and ensure follow up calls until payment is made.
2. Send reminders or escalate if the customer fails to pay.
* Maintaining call records.
* Reporting daily collections, call status, and customer feedback to team leads or managers.
Skill Required:
•Good communication skills
•Patience and persuasion
•Basic computer knowledge
•Ability to handle difficult conversations
•Understanding of basic loan and repayment terms
Work environment:
•work from office (telecalling setup or call centre)
