Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads or sell products/services
- Answer incoming calls from customers to address questions, resolve issues, or provide information
- Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent pipeline of potential clients
- Maintain a record of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes in the CRM system
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets as assigned
- Provide accurate information about products/services offered by the company
- Work closely with the sales or marketing team to support ongoing campaigns
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service or sales role preferred
- Excellent communication skills in [english and hindi]
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
