We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential students, explaining our courses and programs, handling queries, and converting leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to inquiries and leads provided.
- Explain institute programs, courses, and admission procedures in a clear and engaging manner.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a record of conversations.
- Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information.
- Schedule appointments for walk-ins or counseling sessions.
- Maintain daily call logs and update lead status in CRM.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
