Location: Andheri West – (400 053)
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers and clients.
- Explain company services/products in a clear and effective manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Handle inquiries professionally and provide solutions.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi/English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Prior telecalling experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
