Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers based on a provided list.
- Collect and update incomplete or missing details as per the collection scheme.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of each interaction.
- Ensure a polite and professional communication tone at all times.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure data accuracy.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas, data entry).
- Prior experience in telecalling is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills ( English).
- Based in or near Vidyavihar, Mumbai (must be comfortable working from office).
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Internship duration: 2 months only.
