Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our sales/customer support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound inquiries, promoting FMCG products, and supporting the sales team to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to promote FMCG products.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotions clearly and persuasively.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve issues or redirect calls as needed.
- Generate leads and follow up with potential clients.
- Maintain a database of customer contacts and call logs.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for campaign follow-ups.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with management.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: High School (12th Pass); Graduation preferred.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is an advantage (preferably in FMCG or related sector).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [languages required, e.g., English, Hindi, regional language].
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused attitude.
- Basic knowledge of FMCG products and market trends is a plus.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
