Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote products/services or generate leads.
- Answer inbound calls and resolve customer queries in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Follow communication scripts and adhere to company policies during interactions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets related to calls, leads, and conversions.
- Provide accurate information about products/services and handle objections effectively.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant department when necessary.
