- Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases/leads.
- Explain property details, features, and investment opportunities clearly and convincingly.
- Handle inbound inquiries regarding properties and provide accurate information.
- Generate and qualify leads for sales teams by identifying customer needs and preferences.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients to nurture leads and convert them into site visits.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with sales executives.
- Update and maintain client database.
- Achieve weekly/monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales executive, or customer service role (real estate preferred).
- Strong communication and convincing skills in [English/Hindi/Gujarati].
- Basic knowledge of real estate projects, property sales, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
- Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
- Qualification: Graduate/Undergraduate with relevant skills.
