**Job Title:** Telecaller & Tally Executive
**Location:** Ahmedabad
**Salary:** Up to ₹18,000 per month
**Eligibility:** Female candidates only
### **Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism to manage customer queries and follow-ups.
* Maintain client communication records and ensure timely updates.
* Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records using Tally.
* Assist in preparing invoices, vouchers, and basic accounting entries.
* Support the accounts and sales team with day-to-day operations.
* Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and documentation as required.
### **Requirements:**
* Minimum Graduation in any stream.
* At least **1 year of experience** in Telecalling and/or Tally operations.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in **Tally ERP and MS Office (Excel, Word, Mailing)**.
* Ability to multitask, organize work, and manage time effectively.
