Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Telemarketing Executive to generate new leads, manage client follow-ups, support sales coordination, and handle inbound and outbound communication effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads
- Handle inbound queries and provide relevant product information
- Follow up with clients and maintain regular communication
- Support the sales team in coordinating appointments and order processing
- Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English and Tamil; knowledge of Hindi is a plus
- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM tools preferred
