Job Type: Full-time [Work Timings 9.30am to 6.30pm]
Salary: Salary 12000 – 20000 per Month
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote products
- Maintain a list of potential leads and follow up with customers who expressed interest but did not purchase.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Update customer information in the database.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Multi Language Speaking (Hindi, Marathi & English)
- Previous experience in a telecaller job or similar role is must.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to close sales through the right negotiation skills
