Job Role: Tele-Collection Executive (Outbound calling)
As a Telecollection executive, you will:
- Make outbound calls to customers with overdue EMIs or loans
- Remind and follow up on pending payments
- Explain repayment terms and provide solutions
- Negotiate settlements as per company policy
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Escalate complex cases when needed
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly collection targets
Work Schedule:
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days)
- Shift: Day Shift (rotational weekoffs)
- Timings: 09:00 AM to 6:00 PM (On-site)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Graduates and undergraduates are preferred
- Experience: 0 - 2 yrs (Tele-collection) exp.
- Languages: Fluency in Hindi and English
- Gender: Both Male & Female
- Age Limit: None
Skills Required :
- Good Communication and Negotiation Skills
- Must be fluent in Hindi and English
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM)
- Able to handle pressure & meet targets
Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive salary based on your current in-hand salary
- ₹15,000 and above for freshers
- Hike offered up to ₹30,000 in-hand (depending on experience and skills)
- (Fixed Salary+ PF + Incentives + lunch)
