Key Responsibilities:
- Building strong relationships and trust by understanding clients needs and guiding them accordingly.
- Making outbound calls and following up regularly on positive leads.
- Explaining benefits for registration with pricing plans to clients.
- Maintaining accurate records of calls and clients interactions.
- Converting positive clients into registration.
- Achieving monthly targets, including the sale of paid memberships .
Requirements:
- Graduation (any discipline)
- 6 months - 1 years Tele calling or relevant experience
- Freshers with Good knowledge are also welcome
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in Odia language
