Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Tele Calling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads through various outreach methods, including Google research, cold calling, and messaging via LinkedIn and other platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed research on Google to identify potential leads in target industries.
- Initiate cold calls to prospects and engage them in meaningful conversations to pitch our products/services.
- Send compelling cold messages and follow-ups via LinkedIn and other communication channels.
- Maintain an organized lead database and update CRM tools regularly.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to align on prospecting goals.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and lead generation targets.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (and other regional languages, if required).
- Experience in cold calling and lead generation is preferred.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, web development, or IT services (preferred but not mandatory).
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
- Ability to handle rejections professionally and persistently follow up with leads.
