Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential leads and explain our services
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain detailed records of calls and responses
- Coordinate with internal teams to schedule meetings or calls with interested clients
- Assist in maintaining and updating CRM data
- Provide basic information and redirect queries to relevant departments
Requirements:
- Good verbal communication skills
- Comfortable speaking in Hindi and English
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a client-facing role
