Role Summary
Vista Group is seeking a confident and persuasive Telecaller to support our sales pipeline. You’ll engage potential property buyers via outbound calls, follow up on leads, explain property features and pricing, coordinate site visits, and support the sales team—all while maintaining accurate CRM data.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to leads and follow up on inquiries.
- Explain property details—features, pricing, and location—to interested clients.
- Handle inbound queries professionally and courteously.
- Schedule site visits in coordination with the sales team.
- Update and maintain the CRM/client database with accurate call logs and details.
- Build rapport to foster customer retention.
- Generate regular reports on call activity and lead conversion.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Urdu.
- Confident, polite, and persuasive phone manner.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience - prior experience in real estate or tele calling preferred.
