Job Summary:
Watch Your Health is looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our team for the appointment generation process. The role involves reaching out to ex-patients of a renowned hospital and persuading them to revisit for their healthcare needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to ex-patients from the provided database.
- Educate them about the hospital’s services and encourage revisits.
- Build rapport with patients and address any queries.
- Maintain call records and follow up as needed.
- Achieve daily/weekly appointment targets.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any field.
- Fluency in Marathi & Hindi is a must.
- Experience in tele calling /customer service preferred, but freshers are welcome.
- Good communication and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable working from the Thane office.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
