Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-driven Tele Callers to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Provide information about services/products offered
- Handle inbound customer queries professionally and efficiently
- Follow up on leads and maintain CRM records
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth operations
- Meet daily/weekly calling targets
Requirements:
- Experience in telecalling or customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Fluency in English, Tamil, and Hindi
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
