Role Overview
We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Telecaller Executives to join our team. The role involves calling potential students, sharing course information, following up on leads, and supporting admissions. Candidates must be punctual, dedicated, hardworking, and able to handle work pressure professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential leads and students regarding courses and admissions.
- Explain program details, answer queries, and convince students to enroll.
- Maintain daily call logs, follow-ups, and updates in CRM.
- Handle inbound queries via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
- Work towards achieving monthly conversion targets.
- Build positive relationships with students through clear and respectful communication.
Required Skills & Qualities
- Graduate in any discipline (Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply).
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Strong convincing ability and a positive attitude.
- Punctual, dedicated, and hardworking.
- Ability to handle pressure and work towards targets.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM handling preferred).
