- Candidate Sourcing & Screening:
- Calling candidates from job portals or databases.
- Explaining job roles and responsibilities.
- Conducting initial screening (checking communication, qualifications, experience, etc.).
- Scheduling interviews with recruiters or hiring managers.
- Client Coordination (if applicable):
- Following up with companies/clients for hiring requirements.
- Coordinating interviews between clients and shortlisted candidates.
- Sharing candidate profiles with clients.
- Database Management:
- Maintaining records of candidates contacted and interviewed.
- Updating and organizing candidate information in CRM or internal databases.
- Follow-ups:
- Reminding candidates about interview schedules.
- Checking post-interview feedback.
- Following up for documentation if the candidate is selected.
- Cold Calling (optional based on firm type):
- Reaching out to potential clients for staffing services (in case of a business development angle).
- Reporting:
- Submitting daily/weekly call reports to the manager or team lead.
- Providing feedback on call performance and lead quality.
- Maintaining Professional Communication:
- Ensuring polite, clear, and persuasive communication.
- Handling objections or questions from candidates effectively.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
