Job Title: Telecaller Executive – Dyneton (Alibaba.com Channel Partner)
Job Description:
We are hiring Telecaller Executives to handle outbound calls, connect with potential clients, and promote Alibaba.com services. The role includes generating leads, fixing appointments for the sales team, maintaining client records, and ensuring timely follow-ups. You will be the first point of contact, helping businesses understand how Alibaba.com can support their growth.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and explain Alibaba.com services to clients.
- Generate leads and schedule meetings for Sales Managers.
- Maintain CRM database and follow up with prospects.
- Support in client onboarding when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
