Job Summary
We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products or services, and generating leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our products or services.
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads, and pass them on to the sales team for further follow-up.
- Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide them with relevant information about our products or services.
- Sales Pitch: Deliver a persuasive sales pitch to potential customers, highlighting the benefits and features of our products or services.
- Data Entry: Accurately update customer interactions and lead information in our CRM system.
Requirements
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade and engage customers.
- Sales Experience: Previous experience in telesales or telemarketing is preferred, but not essential.
- Product Knowledge: Ability to learn and understand our products or services, and communicate their benefits to customers.
- Target-Oriented: Ability to meet sales targets and performance metrics.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software and other telecalling tools.
