We are seeking an energetic and persuasive female outbound telecaller to contact potential customers, promote products/services, and generate qualified leads. The role is target-driven and requires excellent communication and convincing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the given database/leads.
- Explain products/services clearly and persuasively over the phone.
- Generate interest, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments/demos for the sales team.
- Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversions.
- Maintain call logs, CRM entries, and daily reporting of activities.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain a polite, professional, and positive approach during calls.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent verbal communication in [English/Hindi/Regional language – as per business need].
- Confident, persuasive, and good at building rapport over the phone.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Ability to handle objections and rejections positively.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (any discipline).
- Female candidates only.
- 0–2 years of experience in outbound calling/tele-sales (freshers with good communication skills may apply).
