- Master menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols
- Learn essential food preparation techniques
- Maintain ingredient organization per planogram
- Execute recipes precisely
- Manage mise-en-place for timely preparation
- Handle peak service periods efficiently
- Conduct and report inventory accurately
Requirements:
- High school diploma (culinary education a plus)
- 6+ months of kitchen experience
- Intermediate understanding of kitchen operations
