About the Role
Join Eleven Ace, a fast-growing UK-based EdTech startup, as a Lead Teacher in Coding and Mathematics. This role is ideal for educators who are passionate about teaching students aged 9–15 and want to grow into a leadership role within a global company. You will be responsible for creating courses, lesson plans, conducting classes, mentoring other tutors, and interacting with parents to ensure high-quality learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop lesson plans and academic materials aligned with UK and global standards.
- Conduct online 1:1 and group tutoring sessions in Coding and Maths.
- Guide, train, and manage subject-specific tutors as the team grows.
- Conduct demo sessions and assist with parent engagement and feedback.
- Support student progress tracking, reporting, and quality control.
- Contribute to course development and business growth in your subject area.
- Perform additional academic and administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong command of English with an international accent.
- Background in teaching Maths and Coding (ages 9–15).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT), ChatGPT, Canva, or other teaching tools.
- Confident, proactive, and detail-oriented with leadership potential.
Bonus Points
- Experience with UK or Indian curriculum / 11+ entrance exams.
- Exposure to EdTech or startup environments.
Compensation
- ₹35,000/month base salary for full-time work (40 hours/week) plus performance incentives
