We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Tally Sales and Support Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Tally software products, handling customer queries, providing after-sales support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:Sales:
- Promote and sell Tally software products (TallyPrime, Add-ons, TSS, etc.)
- Generate leads through cold calls, emails, social media, and field visits.
- Conduct product demos and presentations for clients.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure renewals.
Support:
- Provide technical and functional support for Tally products to clients via phone, email, or remote access.
- Handle software installation, activation, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Train users on Tally features and usage.
- Coordinate with the technical team for escalated issues.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Tally software (especially TallyPrime).
- Basic understanding of accounting and GST principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving ability and technical aptitude.
- Sales-oriented mindset with customer service attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.) is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, IT, or related fields.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Tally sales or support role.
- Tally certification (if any) will be an added advantage.
