Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
- Help in screening resumes and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate with candidates for scheduling interviews and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database / applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Support in drafting and posting job descriptions on various platforms.
- Assist the TA team in conducting initial HR calls (if required).
- Help in employer branding initiatives (social media posts, campus drives, etc.).
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on recruitment activities.
- Perform ad-hoc recruitment tasks and projects as assigned by the TA team.
Preference:
- Should have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets for maintaining recruitment trackers.
- Strong interest in HR / Recruitment / Talent Acquisition as a career.
- Detail-oriented and organized with ability to multitask.
- Preferably pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
