- Understand client requirements and create effective job descriptions & sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/virtual interviews, and assess candidates’ suitability.
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, feedback coordination, and offer closure.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for IT and Non-IT roles.
- Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to ensure smooth communication and timely closures.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and reports.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends in talent acquisition.
