Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle across a variety of roles and departments. You'll play a key part in identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent while helping to shape a positive candidate experience and support our company's growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, referrals, ATS, etc.) to attract quality candidates.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.
- Conduct initial HR screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring panels.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of roles, including software developers, QA, IT support, sales, marketing and customer success.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Proven track record of hiring for tech and non-tech profiles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Background in recruitment consultancy or staffing industry is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles at once.
- A proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented approach to hiring.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
