Job Title : Talent Acquisition Associate (Night Shift).
Location : Newtown.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze resumes and identify key skills and keywords that align with the company’s current requirements.
- Proactively source and screen candidates from job boards and other professional networks to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Accurately maintain and update recruitment databases, ensuring all candidate information is organized and accessible.
- Assess candidate suitability by reviewing qualifications, experience, and relevant credentials, and ensure all required documentation is completed.
- Keep candidates engaged and informed about their application status at every stage of the hiring process.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, fostering positive relationships and guiding them through the recruitment journey.
- Reach out to potential candidates, provide details about IT-based Knowledge Transfer Programs, and offer insights into internal hiring practices

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or an equivalent qualification (any field).
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, cold calling, sales, or BPO.
- Good communication skills in English (both spoken and written).
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and internet browsing.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
- High energy and enthusiasm.
- Great interactive skills and a proactive approach to candidate engagement.

- Based upon the market standard.

- No pickup and drop facility will be provided.
Duty Hours & Shifts:
- Night Shift (8:30 PM - 5:30 AM).
- Monday- Friday.
