Job Description:
We are looking for a System & Network Support Executive with 1–2 years of experience in system hardware troubleshooting and basic networking to join our IT team. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in handling day-to-day system issues, network configurations, and hardware maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot hardware issues (desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals).
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/Linux) and software.
- Perform LAN/WAN troubleshooting and basic network support (IP addressing, cabling, switches, routers).
- Monitor and maintain system performance and network availability.
- Maintain inventory of hardware/software and prepare reports for maintenance schedules.
- Respond to user queries and provide technical support both remotely and on-site.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacements or warranty claims.
- Set up new systems and ensure proper functioning before deployment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in system hardware troubleshooting and network support.
- Familiarity with networking concepts: IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN.
- Knowledge of basic firewall settings and antivirus solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Preferred Certifications (Optional):
- CompTIA A+, Network+
- CCNA (basic level)
- MCP/MCSA
*Comfortable with rotational shift
