Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate PMO support activities ensuring adherence to project governance frameworks.
- Track and oversee project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables across multiple projects.
- Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for leadership review.
- Organize and facilitate project review meetings, including agenda preparation, documentation, and follow-up on action items.
- Identify and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution.
- Contribute to the standardization and improvement of PMO methodologies, templates, and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective stakeholder communication and alignment.
- Leverage SAP or SAP modules (preferred) for project tracking, reporting, and resource management.
Key Skills:
- Education: MBA in Project Management, Operations, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in project coordination, governance, or PMO functions.
- Certification: PMP Certification is mandatory.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Exposure to SAP or SAP modules is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to operate independently in fast-paced environments.
