Mission
As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and optimization of our global supply chain operations. Acting as both an internal and external point of contact, you will oversee coordination activities across model ranges, monitor and analyze stock levels, and ensure smooth logistical processes from production planning to customer delivery.
This role requires strong analytical skills, a process-oriented mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments and external partners
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary contact for supply chain-related matters within the department and across internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in planning and coordination of SOP (Start of Production) and EOP (End of Production) activities across supply chains.
- Monitor and analyze inventory, production volumes, and stock fluctuations; derive corrective measures as needed.
- Conduct regular requirement analyses, ensuring alignment with defined restrictions and logistical conditions.
- Drive the implementation and sustainability of optimization measures across all supply chains.
- Coordinate ramp-up and ramp-down processes for production lines.
- Maintain and monitor operating system parameters and master data across control systems.
- Oversee logistical framework conditions, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to customers.
- Provide training and consultation for process-related tools and methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, plant services, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Report to and update management on performance indicators, goals, and improvement initiatives.
- Notify METS officials in the event of a power failure.
- Strictly apply the instructions for working procedures.
- Ensure efficiency and good collaboration with other groups and plant services
- Inform his superiors properly and regularly.
Requirements
- University degree; Master’s degree or higher technical qualification preferred.
- 2–3 years of professional experience in supply chain management or logistics.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in computer and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Process-oriented mindset with self-initiative and a strong focus on targets and results.
