Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes)
- Daily Material consumption database
- Cycle count cross validate
- Maintain supplier database
- Monitor stock levels
- Implement FIFO (First in First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry First Out) methods for perishable items
- Plan material dispatch schedules based on operational requirements
- Ensure all materials meet the company’s quality and hygiene standards
- Coordinate with QA/QC team for inspections and approvals
- Track and control material costs in line with the budget
- Liaise with Operations, Kitchen, and Finance teams to ensure smooth material flow
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly purchase and consumption reports
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile with system records
Qualifications & Experience:
- BCom or BSC Computer Science
- Minimum of five years of experience, out of which 2-3 years in hotels / restaurants/ catering companies
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
