Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
- Interact with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering services recommendations and assistance.
- Supervise and lead a team of store employees, ensuring they deliver high-quality service.
- Schedule and coordinate with staff delegate tasks and monitor performance to optimize team efficiency.
- Address and resolve customer and employee concerns promptly, fostering a positive and collaborative atmosphere within the store.
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators, such as sales trends, customer feedback, and inventory levels, to support decision-making.
- Foster clear communication channels within the team and with higher management to ensure a cohesive and informed work environment.
- Make invoices and bills.
