Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with store managers and leadership to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local community organizations and recruitment partners.
- Monitor recruitment metrics to identify trends and improve the hiring process.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate records of applicants and hiring decisions in the recruitment database.
Requirements:
