Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the procurement of materials, furniture, lighting, fixtures, and fittings as per project requirements.
- Compare quotations, negotiate with vendors, and prepare purchase orders.
- Maintain and update the vendor database and evaluate vendor performance.
- Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Track and manage inventory levels; ensure stock availability to prevent project delays.
- Prepare and maintain procurement records, reports, and price lists.
- Follow up with suppliers for on-time delivery and resolve any issues related to quality, quantity, or delays.
- Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.
- Assist in sourcing new suppliers and materials to meet design quality standards and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate logistics, transport, and documentation for inward and outward material movement.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
