Job Duties in brief
- Inventory Management: Overseeing the entire inventory lifecycle, from receiving and storage to tracking and distribution.
- Receiving and Dispatching: Managing the receipt of goods from vendors, verifying accuracy against packing lists and purchase orders, and coordinating the dispatch of orders.
- Warehouse Operations: Supervising all aspects of warehouse operations, including space optimization, layout, and workflow.
- Team Management: Leading and supervising warehouse staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Safety and Security: Ensuring a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and maintaining a secure warehouse.
- Process Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement in warehouse operations and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Compliance: Ensuring all warehouse activities comply with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations.
- Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods
- Ensure accuracy of inventory records, conduct regular audits, and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate with suppliers, shipping companies, and other stakeholders to meet delivery schedules
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and implement efficient warehouse layout

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
