Job Summary
We are looking for a Store Keeper to manage the inward and outward movement of construction materials at our New Raipur project site. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of inventory management, stock handling, and vendor coordination. Proficiency in written and spoken English is required to maintain proper records and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials/products at the construction site.
- Prepare and manage GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), stock registers, and issue slips.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of required materials.
- Coordinate with vendors, purchase teams, and site engineers for material requirements.
- Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies, if any.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safekeeping of materials.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
- Maintain a clean and organized store area.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintain system-based inventory records if required.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Store Keeper (preferably in construction or project-based work).
- Good understanding of inventory management and store operations.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Excel / ERP systems.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with multiple departments.
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling stock movement efficiently.
